Porridge 


Porridge for breakfast sounds great to me! It’s so filing and it helps you avoid those mid morning snacks. I like mine on the sweeter side because who doesn’t like a sweet healthy breakfast?😝

PORRIDGE (makes 2 servings)

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 2 cups Oat milk(or any milk alternative you prefer)
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 8 chopped dates
  • 2 small sliced bananas 
  • 6 strawberries  
  • Agave syrup(or any syrup you like)

Add the oats, milk and chia seeds to a small saucepan. Bring to the boil over a medium heat. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. If it’s too thick I like to add water.

Serve it with the banana,strawberris, dates and syrup, or with your favourite toppings 🙂
