Summer rice bowl

Hey guys! I couldn’t keep a quick and easy, delicious rice recipe to myself so here it is. It’s so filling and healthy! You can eat until you’re satisfied without feeling guilty or sick. I like to have this for lunch but it’s good as a dinner meal too.

Eat your greens!!! (And rice haha)

I didn’t have a spiraliser for my courgette/zucchini but I used my Julienne peeler, which works just as good in my opinion 🙂

SUMMER RICE BOWL

Ingredients: 

  • 1 spiralised courgette/zucchini 
  • Avocado 
  • Tomato 
  • Cucumber 
  • Lettuce 
  • Jasmine rice 
  • Soya sauce (I put 2tbs over the rice)
